Roots Massage and Bodywork
Kelly De La Cruz, owner of Roots Massage and Bodywork, LLC, has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2015. Having a strong passion for a holistic lifestyle and a love of science, Kelly uses her knowledge to encourage the body’s natural ability to heal and release tension. Each massage therapy session is customized based on each client’s needs, using a variety techniques derived from her specializations in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Thai Massage. Additional techniques, such as stretching, cupping, and essential oil application may also be included in a typical session. Kelly is a certified Pre- and Post-natal massage therapist and a Reiki Master. She offers unique massage sessions that are combined with Reiki for a much more in-depth bodywork experience.
